Why Eyewear Labs Was Created

By designing our glasses in-house and working directly with customers, we’re able to offer fashionable, high-quality eyewear at a much lower price. Return and Exchange Policy

You can return or exchange any product within 48 hours of delivery. Choose from the following options:

1. Refund to EyewearLabs Wallet: Get store credit to use on future purchases. The refund will be credited to your wallet within 48 hours after we receive the returned item.
2. Exchange: Swap your product for one of equal or lesser value. Note: no new offers can be applied on exchanges. If you exchange more than once, there will be a ₹150 reverse pick-up charge.

Bank Refund Eligibility:

Our zero-questions-asked bank refund policy applies only to products in the OKNO Select collection. Refunds for other items are based on our standard return policy and only if the product was purchased without discounts.

• Non-Returnable Products: Printed t-shirts, prescription eyeglasses, and prescription sunglasses are non-returnable.
